FAQ

• We don't enter the home.

• Your house must be located in or near Paradise Valley.

• This service is an outside inspection only so you can get a report on what needs to be addressed on your property. 

• Once booked, I'll come over to meet you and walk your property with you so you can show me anything I should pay special attention to.

• I can collect your mail and packages and store on your property if you have somewhere safe to secure it or take it with me and bring it to you when you come home. 

•  A daily text message check in of photographs of your front door, gates and/or any additional visual proof of the outside perimeter.

• All visits will be made by me unless otherwise notified.

• Direct contact number for me if you have questions or concerns.

• Special services can be requested.
